  • What is the Off-Site Permit?
    • This permit allows breweries, wineries, and distilleries to participate in off-site events, including farmers markets and festivals, and sell or provide samples of alcoholic beverages.
  • What is the fee for the Off-Site Permit?
    • The fee is $100 for wineries and breweries, and $250 for distilleries.
  • How long is the permit valid?
    • The permit expires on December 31st of each year, regardless of the issue date.
  • How long is the application process from start to finish?
    • An applicant can complete filling out the application form in 3-5 minutes.
    • Upon receipt of the completed application and required payment, the verification and determination on issuing said application may take 10-30 business days.
