    • Wineries outside Maryland that produce less than 27,500 gallons of wine annually are eligible.
  • What does the permit allow?
    • The permit allows non-resident wineries to sell and deliver wine to Maryland-licensed retailers.
  • What is the fee for this permit?
    • The fee is $50.00.
  • How long is the application process from start to finish?
    • An applicant can complete filling out the application form in 3-5 minutes.
    • Upon receipt of the completed application and required payment, the verification and determination on issuing said application may take 10-30 business days.
