    • This form is used to declare or update franchise agreements between beer suppliers and Maryland wholesalers.
  • Who is required to file this form?
    • Beer suppliers, brand owners, and designated Maryland agents are required to file this form.

    • Information about the beer brand, sizes, Maryland distributor, and the territories assigned must be included.
  • What are the submission requirements?
    • Any changes to the franchise must comply with the Maryland Beer Franchise Fair Dealing Act and be promptly reported to the ATCC.
  • How long is the application process from start to finish?
    • An applicant can complete filling out the application form in 3-5 minutes.
    • Upon receipt of the completed application, the verification and determination on approval of said form may take 10-30 business days.
