    • The fee for the permit is $50.00.

    • Applicants must provide the names and license numbers of all companies they represent in Maryland.
  • Are there any restrictions on solicitation?
    • Yes, permit holders cannot furnish anything of value to retail licensees, except for specific advertising materials authorized by Maryland law.
  • How long is the application process from start to finish?
    • An applicant can complete filling out the application form in 3-5 minutes.
    • Upon receipt of the completed application and required payment, the verification and determination on issuing said application may take 10-30 business days.
