    • The fees range from $25.00 for manufacturers and storage warehouses to $750.00 for cigarette wholesalers.
  • What additional documents are required for wholesalers?
    • Wholesalers must provide a list of proposed customers, payment methods for cigarette tax stamps, and manufacturer confirmation letters.
