Unauthorized Consumable Products - Enforcement and Seizure
Executive Director Jeff Kelly was available for oral testimony and was called upon to respond to Delegate questions. During his testimony, he addressed the ATCC’s current enforcement powers and explained how the addition of Kratom to the agency’s purview would be feasible under the proposed bill.
