  • What is the Direct Wine Shipper’s Permit?
    • This permit allows wineries to ship wine directly to consumers in Maryland.
  • What documents are required?
    • The application form, a $200 permit fee, a Direct Wine Shipper Bond, power of attorney (if applicable), sales & use tax license, sample invoices, and a list of the common carriers to be used for shipments.
  • What additional information must be provided?
    • A list of wine brands to be shipped, and copies of federal and state alcohol licenses.
