  • What is the purpose of this form?
    • This form is used by licensees to order Keg Registration Booklets required for selling kegs of beer.
  • How many labels are in each booklet?
    • Each booklet contains 25 keg registration labels.
  • Where should this form be sent?
    • The completed form should be sent to the Maryland Alcohol, Tobacco, and Cannabis Commission, Regulatory & Research Section at 1215 E Fort Avenue, Suite 300, Baltimore, MD 21230.
  • How long is the application process from start to finish?
    • An applicant can complete filling out the application form in 3-5 minutes.
    • Upon receipt of the completed application,the verification and determination on approval of said form may take 10-30 business days.
