With the establishment of the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Cannabis Commission (ATCC), our Field Enforcement Division is committed to ensuring compliance with Maryland’s alcohol, tobacco, and cannabis laws while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
The Field Enforcement Division strives to provide outstanding service to businesses and the public. If one of our enforcement agents has provided exceptional service or if you have concerns about an interaction, we encourage you to share your feedback. All submissions will be reviewed by command staff.
