Regulatory, Licensing and Administrative Services Division

The Regulatory, Licensing & Administrative Services Division (RLASD) oversees the alcohol and tobacco licensing and permitting process for entities doing business in Maryland. This division ensures that all market participants are properly licensed and compliant with state regulations, helping to create a safe and well-regulated marketplace. In addition to managing the issuance of licenses and permits, RLASD provides administrative support for the ATCC and ensures that all regulatory procedures are followed.
