    • A completed application form, Beer Franchise Territories form (COM/RAD 330), a $50 permit fee, a $1,000 security bond, prepayment of beer tax, financial statements, invoices, and proof of brand ownership and federal alcohol permits.
  • Where should I send the application?
    • Applications should be submitted to the Maryland Alcohol, Tobacco, and Cannabis Commission, Licensing & Research Section, 1215 E Fort Ave, Ste 300, Baltimore, MD 21230.
